Products and compatibility
The DARK Series products described on this site are Windows x64 VST3 audio plugins. They have been tested in REAPER; other hosts and computer configurations may behave differently. Check the product information and your DAW’s VST3 requirements before purchasing.
DARK TRIGGER PRO uses sample files stored on your computer. Keep those files at the paths saved in your project, and make your own backups of projects and sample files.
Checkout, pricing, and taxes
Prices on this site are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed by Creem at checkout. When you purchase through Creem, Creem acts as the merchant of record and contractual reseller, processes payment, and handles the applicable transaction taxes and invoice. Creem’s Buyer Terms of Service apply to the checkout and purchase transaction.
Product delivery is arranged after a completed purchase using the delivery instructions shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. For an order or delivery issue, contact kimoy311@gmail.com; you may also contact Creem using the receipt or customer portal.
Software license
After a successful purchase, IndioFace Studio grants the individual purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased plugin on Windows computers they own or control. The license is for one individual user. Contact us before purchasing if you need a multi-user or studio license.
You may use audio you create with the plugin in personal or commercial recordings, mixes, and other productions. This license does not transfer ownership of the plugin, its code, documentation, or other included intellectual property.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin installer or plugin itself with another person, or remove proprietary notices. You may not reverse engineer or modify the plugin except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
Refunds and consumer rights
Contact us at kimoy311@gmail.com if a download, installation, or product feature is not working as described. Refunds, withdrawals, and remedies for purchases through Creem are subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Support and updates
For product questions, compatibility issues, or access to a purchase, email kimoy311@gmail.com. We may release fixes or updates, but do not promise a particular update schedule unless it is stated with the product or purchase.
Responsible use
You are responsible for using the plugins with audio, sample content, and projects that you have the right to use. Before a critical session, test the plugin in your own setup and keep backups of your DAW projects and source media.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Terms shown at checkout and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply to a purchase where required by law.
