Information this website handles
Visiting the site
This is a static product information website. It does not provide visitor accounts, contact forms, mailing-list signups, or a built-in checkout. The hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical request and log information (such as IP address, browser/device details, requested page, and request time) to deliver and protect the site. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy.
The site does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Netlify may use technical mechanisms needed for hosting, delivery, or security.
Messages sent to support
If you email us, we receive the email address and any name, message, or attachment you choose to include. We use that information to reply, troubleshoot product issues, and maintain the related support record. Please do not email payment-card details or sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Purchases through Creem
When checkout is available, Creem acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Creem collects and processes information needed for checkout, such as name, email address, billing address, payment details, and order information. We do not receive full payment-card details. Creem may share order and customer details with us, including the buyer’s name, country, email address, and order identifiers, so we can provide the product and support. Creem’s own processing is described in its Privacy Notice and Buyer Terms.
Audio and plugin use
The plugins are designed to process audio inside your Windows audio application. This website has no feature for uploading audio, sample files, or REAPER project files to IndioFace Studio.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, answer questions, provide product support and order fulfilment, handle required business records, and respond to lawful requests. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and other disclosures
- Netlify hosts and delivers this website and may process technical logs for those purposes.
- Creem operates checkout and transaction services as merchant of record when a purchase is made. Creem’s privacy notice explains its separate processing.
- We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or to resolve a payment, fraud, or product-support issue.
Service providers may process information in locations described in their own notices. Their policies explain their security, retention, and any international data-transfer practices.
Retention
We keep support messages and any order information shared with us only for as long as needed to respond, provide support, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Creem retains checkout and payment records under its own policies and legal requirements.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Children
The website and plugins are intended for audio producers and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
